I went there for an interview. Test process and the interview everything was quick and didn't made people wait for a long time like most of the companies do. Time is important to everyone to the interviewer as well as the interviewee. So people need to respect that.

Good place for beginners. People are warm welcoming and helpful but company needs to work on management. Micro management isn't required. Professional growth is slow.

Based on feedback from friends and the higher salary offer than my current one I tried their. Liked their process but the bond of 2 years was a deal breaker for me.

Work environmwnt here is very good. Hiring procedure is a bit difficult here but to have a job you have to own it. Seniors and workers have good relations and talks very politly. They have games and toornaments for enmpoyes regularly which i liked the most..
