Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Trainer located in Erode. The Placement Trainer will be responsible for preparing students for job placements by conducting training sessions focused on employability skills, communication skills, and aptitude tests. The candidate will also collaborate with the placement team to identify industry requirements and develop training modules accordingly. Monitoring student progress and providing individualized support are key aspects of the role. Qualifications Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with students Strong knowledge of aptitude test preparation and employability skills Familiarity with industry requirements and the ability to tailor training programs to meet these needs Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to provide individualized support and mentoring to students Relevant educational background, ideally a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or related field
