Role & responsibilities: Job Title: Preschool Teaching Staff Location: Vel Sakthi Enterprises pvt ltd., /Avadi, chennai Job Type: Full-time Plan and implement engaging preschool-age appropriate learning activities. Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity. Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development . Serve as a role model and guide students in problem-solving. Ensure the safety, well-being, and health of all students. Manage small and large groups of students, ensuring an interactive and inclusive learning experience. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues on student progress and sensitive topics. Adhere to school processes, guidelines, and educational standards . Maintain records and prepare reports on student learning progress. Integrate technology into learning and use the Microsoft Office package for lesson planning and documentation. Preferred candidate profile: Education Qualification: B.Ed., NTT, Montessori Training, ECCE, or any relevant Early Childhood Education certification. *candidates from Avadi locations are preferred for this position.
