Role & responsibilities The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, statutory compliance, training, and organizational development. The HR Manager will also be responsible to develop and implement HR policies in line with industry standards. The HR Manager will also be responsible for finding, scrutinizing, negotiating and finalizing contractors for providing blue collar shop floor unskilled contract manpower Preferred candidate profile A seasoned HR manager in the manufacturing industry with prior experience of developing, implementing and refining HR Policies.
