Qualifications Knowledge of Production Planning and Operations Management Expertise in Quality Control and Manufacturing Operations Experience in Production Management with a focus on organizational and teamwork skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Familiarity with foundry or moulding processes is preferred
