Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (Inside Sales) to drive sales growth, generate new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, lead generation, and revenue growth through consultative selling. Key Responsibilities: You will be given leads to convert them int sales via phone call or email or WhatsApp. Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring continuous engagement with potential customers. Client Engagement: Understand customer pain points, present relevant solutions, and negotiate effectively to close deals. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging market opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales quotas, revenue goals, and KPIs.
