The Retina Surgeon will be responsible for diagnosing and treating retinal disorders, performing surgeries, and providing post-operative care. The role includes collaboration with other healthcare professionals, participating in patient consultations, and staying current on advancements in retinal surgery and treatments. Qualifications Proficiency in Medicine and Ophthalmology Experience in Surgery, specifically retinal surgeries Excellent diagnosis and surgical techniques Compassionate patient care skills Strong collaboration and communication abilities Medical degree and certification in ophthalmology Experience and specialization in retinal treatments is a plus
