Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for a Senior MEP Systems and Tender Engineer. The Engineer will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and analyzing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in various construction projects. Key tasks include preparing technical tender documents, evaluating project specifications, leading coordination with design and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and standards. Other responsibilities include overseeing installation and commissioning phases of MEP systems and liaising with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality project delivery. Qualifications Proficiency in designing, analyzing, and managing MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Experience with tender preparation, project specifications, and cost estimates. Strong knowledge of BIM tools and relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla Structures. Strong coordination and communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder management. Comprehensive understanding of industry standards such as AISC, NISD, and adherence to QA/QC protocols. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to optimize project outcomes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and reporting software. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in infrastructure, commercial buildings, or industrial projects is a plus.
