AutoSec Innovation is currently seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer with 8-10 years of experience to contribute to the development of next-generation Automotive cybersecurity solutions and products. As a technically proficient and self-motivated Engineer, you will be responsible for driving design, implementation, and mentoring activities across CyberSecurity, AUTOSAR, Functional Safety, and Embedded domains for ECUs such as IVI, Telematics, Infotainment, and ADAS. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of making technical architecture decisions, overseeing an Engineering team, and collaborating closely with business and delivery to create customer-ready solutions and products from scratch. Responsibilities: - Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, create onboarding and training plans, promote best coding practices, and provide technical coaching and problem-solving support. - Technical Leadership & Execution: Define system architecture, software integration flows, security mechanisms, and take ownership of end-to-end delivery of platforms or customer ECUs. Participate in cybersecurity assessments, threat analysis, and compliance activities. - Product & Platform Development: Work with Product Management to define platform features, develop reusable components and security layers, drive prototype development, and support software toolchain integration. - Cybersecurity & Functional Safety Ownership: Implement and review cybersecurity mechanisms, support functional safety design, and ensure traceability between requirements, architecture, and testing.
