Role- VDI Support Description We are seeking a skilled VDI Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and supporting VDI environments, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide technical support for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments. Monitor and maintain VDI performance and availability. Troubleshoot and resolve VDI-related issues for end-users. Collaborate with IT teams to implement VDI solutions and upgrades. Document technical processes and create user guides for VDI systems. Skills and Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in VDI support or related IT support roles. Strong knowledge of VDI technologies such as VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, or Microsoft Remote Desktop Services. Proficient in Windows operating systems and Active Directory. Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
