Role Overview As the RF Leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing and coordinating various high-frequency tasks essential for product development. From characterizing RF sub-systems to overseeing antenna activities and product certification, you ll be at the heart of our innovation engine. Your responsibilities will include driving the development and implementation of RF systems, managing PCB fabrication and assembly, and ensuring the smooth operation of our RF laboratory and antenna characterization processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate high-frequency tasks for product development, including RF sub-system characterization and antenna activities. Develop and implement RF systems, overseeing PCB fabrication and assembly processes. Manage the RF laboratory and antenna characterization, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate closely with system engineers to design complex PCB structures at RF and microwave frequencies. Design, simulate, and characterize high-frequency modules for radar applications, utilizing modern PCB EDA tools. Conduct system-level RF modeling using Keysight Pathway or Ansys EDA tools, ensuring compliance with certification standards. Perform electromagnetic modeling and simulation of PCBs and passive components, coordinating Bill of Materials and logistics. Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering with a focus on electromagnetics, antenna, and RF systems. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in RF PCB design, utilizing Altium, Allegro, or Orcad. Proficiency in Keysight Pathway and Ansys EM tools for RF system development. Strong skills in EM modeling and simulations, with experience in radar applications. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Python language is a plus. Fluent in both Hindi and English.

Role Overview: As our Lead, you ll be at the forefront of guiding projects involving cutting-edge mixed-signal circuits, data converters, sub-sampling phase-locked loops, Serdes, and RF circuits. Leveraging your expertise in CMOS and BiCMOS technologies, alongside your proficiency in Cadence custom IC EDA tools, you ll be pivotal in realizing successful layouts. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, spanning both local and international domains, to drive project execution and ensure seamless hardware and software system integration. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead the development and coordination of ASICs. Collaborate with vendors and remote teams to ensure timely delivery of ASICs within specified deadlines and budget constraints. Liaise with foundries for Multi-Project Wafer (MPW) release. Conduct thorough evaluation and characterization of ASICs to ensure compliance with the specifications. Requirements: PhD/Master s degrees from esteemed universities. Proven track record of realizing more than 5 ASIC designs. Profound expertise in Cadence custom IC EDA tools. Proficiency in system and behavioralmodeling using MATLAB, System Verilog, Verilog-A/AMS. Requirements: PhD (preferred) or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, specializing in signal processing. Over a decade of hands-on experience in modeling and Digital Signal Processing for radar systems applications. Extensive expertise, spanning more than 10 years, in radar DSP algorithms, encompassing FFTs, SAR, and Classification for tracking and acquisition. Preferably, 5+ years of experience in Coherent DSP Algorithms and Architecture design. Proficiency in Matlab, C/C++, or Python programming languages. Understanding of production processes to ensure quality and robustness. Minimum Experience: 10 years in relevant industry roles. Desired Aptitudes: Proficiency in leading and managing high-performance teams. Demonstrated ability to contribute individually to team success. Flexibility and adaptability to diverse customer bases, coupled with a willingness to travel. Aptitude for quickly learning new technologies and applications. Exceptional writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Competence in developing innovative solutions and identifying problems effectively.
