Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Scanner to support our lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads by physically visiting or virtually scanning locations, collecting key data, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This role plays a vital part in filling the sales pipeline with high-quality opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-site visits or use digital tools to scan and evaluate potential sites. Identify and document critical information such as location, property details, potential customer profiles, and site viability. Capture photos and/or videos of relevant sites as needed. Assess property suitability based on predefined criteria. Log and report site data accurately using CRM or lead-tracking systems. Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to qualify leads and improve targeting strategies. Maintain daily/weekly reports on scanned sites and lead progress. Ensure compliance with local laws and safety regulations when performing fieldwork. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus. Previous experience in fieldwork, surveying, sales support, or real estate is preferred. Basic understanding of site evaluation . Proficient with mobile devices, mapping apps (Google Maps, GPS), and CRM tools. Strong observational, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable with travel and working outdoors (for field-based roles). Preferred Skills: Experience in lead generation, sales support, or canvassing. Familiarity with crm tools. Bilingual communication skills.
