Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect / Interior Designer at VAS DNA located in Gurugram. The Architect / Interior Designer will be responsible for developing and executing architectural and interior designs, utilizing software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Daily tasks include creating design concepts, drafting detailed drawings, managing projects, and ensuring all design elements are seamlessly integrated. The role requires close collaboration with clients and team members to bring design visions to life efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Produce architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections) & interior design layouts Prepare sanction drawings , ensuring compliance with municipal / regulatory authorities Do area calculations , built-up area, carpet area, FAR, setbacks, etc. Create 3D models, visualizations & walkthroughs using Revit , SketchUp Prepare detailed working drawings using AutoCAD Assist with material / finish selections, furniture layouts, minor detailing Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, façade) to integrate their inputs Ensure deliverables meet quality, deadlines, and internal standards Must-Have Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 to 4 years of work experience in architectural firms Strong command over AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp Hands-on experience with sanction / building approval drawings and regulatory lit Ability to compute areas (carpet, built-up, FAR, setbacks) correctly, consistently Good visualization & spatial thinking skills Ability to work independently under supervision, manage time, meet deadlines A solid portfolio (preferably digital) showing your past work What you'll get ₹25,000/+ monthly (during probation / first 2-3 months) After probation, salary will be reviewed based on performance + market benchmarks Opportunity for flexibility / work-life-balance Mentorship, learning exposure, a chance to build your portfolio under senior designers Flexibility (initial remote period) Exposure to varied projects — residential, high rise, commercial, retail, institutional & hospitality
