We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Associate – Inside Sales to join our fast-growing EdTech team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential learners, parents, or institutions, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right learning solution from our product portfolio. This is a high-impact role that combines sales skills with a passion for education and technology.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents about JobAbhyas programs and guide them toward the right exam preparation path (K–12, competitive exams, SSB, etc.) Understand user profiles and recommend the most suitable subscription plans or learning paths Conduct demo sessions, follow-up calls, and convert leads into enrollments Maintain active engagement with leads through multiple channels: calls, WhatsApp, emails, and webinars Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with consistency Track and manage CRM entries with precision and update lead status regularly Collaborate with academic and marketing teams for seamless student experience Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA/B.Ed preferred) 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales (preferably K–12 or exam prep domain like BYJU’S, Vedantu, Unacademy, etc.) Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus) Ability to understand student psychology and counsel effectively Strong selling and objection-handling skills Target-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students succeed Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Sheets, Zoom/Meet, and follow-up systems
