We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PPC (Pay-Per-Click), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and SMM (Social Media Marketing) to generate high-quality leads, boost brand visibility, and maximize ROI. PPC (Pay-Per-Click): Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing. Monitor daily performance metrics to understand effectiveness and make adjustments. Generate reports and insights for campaign improvements. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility. Perform site audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink building. Optimize content for SEO best practices (meta tags, alt text, internal linking). Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar. SMM (Social Media Marketing): Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Schedule, publish, and promote engaging content aligned with brand voice. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow community presence. Track analytics and generate monthly performance reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on PPC, SEO, and SMM. Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite). Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make performance-based decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
