Company Description Vanyadome is an Agrobased company involved in growing and selling (B2B and B2C) of various crops and vegetables. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Agronomist located in Chandrapur, Maharshtra (food and accomodation are provided). The Agronomist will be responsible for growing Vegetables/Fruits in a Hydroponic system, including tasks like monitoring and adjusting pH and EC levels, maintaining optimal temperature and humidity, ensuring proper lighting and air circulation, selecting appropriate growing media and nutrient solutions, and implementing pest and disease control strategies. The person is also expected to maintian a record book and maintain the cleanliness of the hydroponic setup. Qualifications and Required skills Degree in Agriculture or related fields Relevant work experience in Hydroponic farming Good understanding of nutrient management, environmental control (pH, EC, temperature, lighting), and pest/disease identification Fast learner and Teamworker Ablity to identify and solve any issue quickly
