What You’ll Be Doing: As a YouTube Manager at Vanguard Interactive, you’ll take full ownership of client YouTube channels. You’ll be the strategic brain behind their growth – planning content, optimizing videos, analyzing performance, and ensuring consistent channel success. Your Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute tailored YouTube growth strategies for each client Oversee content planning, video publishing, and SEO optimization (titles, tags, thumbnails) Collaborate with editors, designers, and writers to ensure top-quality video output Monitor analytics and performance reports, suggest improvements Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and viral content opportunities Manage client communication and reporting with clarity and confidence Run competitor analysis and audits to discover growth gaps and wins What We’re Looking For: 2+ years experience managing YouTube channels (ideally for brands or creators) Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm, SEO, CTR, AVD, etc. Ability to create data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results Project management skills – organized, proactive, reliable Familiarity with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or similar Great communication skills – written and verbal Bonus: Background in content marketing or agency environments Why Join Vanguard Interactive?
