Customer service: Greet customers, hand over packages, and address any questions or concerns they may have. Documentation: Maintain delivery records and get customer signatures upon delivery. Vehicle maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, keep the van clean, and report any issues to management.
