About The Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that drive our business forward. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the integration of CPQ and other business-critical platforms into our Salesforce environment, with a cloud stack focused on AWS. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development & Administration Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and related technologies. Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows. Maintain and enhance Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Provide 3rd line support and resolve incidents related to Salesforce platforms. Integration & Solution Architecture Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and external platforms (e.g., Oracle, AWS services, PostgreSQL, Informatica, etc.). Develop, document, and maintain integration processes with APIs and middleware. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., ITIL, security) and company policies. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience within the Salesforce ecosystem. Lead or contribute to innovation and process improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (3+ years preferred). Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, APEX programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Solid experience in building and maintaining integrations with external systems (using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.). Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and DevOps methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and experience supporting production systems (3rd line support). Understanding of AWS cloud services and SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL). Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or equivalent). Strong communication skills (English, both written and verbal). Desirable/Nice To Have Experience integrating and customizing CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions in Salesforce. Familiarity with integrating Customer Relationship Platforms (CRPs) into Salesforce. Experience or knowledge of Salesforce AI features, including Salesforce Einstein. Certifications in Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, or CPQ Specialist. Experience with Informatica, Power BI, or other data integration/analytics platforms. Understanding of regulatory requirements such as ITIL or ISO standards. Leadership, mentoring, or team management experience. Knowledge of JavaScript, or other complementary programming languages.
