ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore (India) Company: Valerian Risk Solutions Private Limited Type: Full-time About the Role Valerian Risk Solutions is hiring a ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing or working with ServiceNow IRM/GRC . Key Responsibilities Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications—Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Issue Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk (as applicable). Build and maintain data models and tables. Configure workflows, forms, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts etc. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs; manage data imports/ETL and normalization. Design dashboards and reports for the modules Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into configured solutions; document configurations and run client demos/drive UAT. Own releases, migrations, and environment management (dev → test → prod) with clean versioning and deployment notes. Proactively identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement—without waiting for detailed instructions. Must-Have Qualifications 3–5 years of experience implementing or working with ServiceNow IRM/GRC (projects or product teams). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM (CIS-IRM). Solid hands-on with ServiceNow configuration and scripting Functional understanding of risk methodology (qualitative/quantitative scoring), indicators/KRIs , issues/remediation , and assessments, policy management, compliance management, vendor risk management. Strong ownership, prioritization, and ability to work independently with minimal oversight . Excellent written & verbal communication; ability to engage directly with business and technical stakeholders. Location: Must be based in Hyderabad or Bangalore . Nice-to-Have Experience of working with consulting firms. Familiarity with Service Portal , UI Builder , or Workspaces . Exposure to modern release families (e.g., recent ServiceNow versions) and upgrade cycles. Good understanding of broader risk and control frameworks and enterprise risk management practices.
