Roles & Responsibilities Greet and welcome all visitors at the office Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and customer enquiries; document, track, and report them Proactively perform follow-ups and track pending action items. coordinate with the sales team to manage bookings, and related tasks. Prepare vouchers, maintain updated expense records, and coordinate with the accounts team Maintain visitor records, office logbooks, and documentation for maintenance activities Maintain inward/outward registers, document movement logs, etc. Order and manage inventory for front office, housekeeping, pantry items, stationery, and company branding supplies Ensure all fixtures, fittings, lawns, and gardens are well-maintained by coordinating with service providers Perform other duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and maintaining customer records Provide accurate reports and periodic updates to Senior Management as required Manage/monitor security staff, support staff, housekeeping staff, including attendance and in/out timings. manage housekeeping staff to keep reception, lobby, discussion areas, restrooms, and all office spaces are clean and presentable. Ensure timely payment of site office bills by coordinating with relevant departments and service providers.
