Key Responsibilities Maintain complete books of accounts including vouchers, ledgers, and day-to-day entries Handle GST compliance – invoicing, returns, reconciliations, and e-way bills Manage TDS, Income Tax basics, and statutory filings Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and expense summaries Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and cash flow monitoring Handle accounting related to crusher sales, transport bills, diesel/fuel, royalty, and operational expenses Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and statutory consultants Maintain records for audits, inspections, and government compliance Eligibility & Experience (MANDATORY) Bachelor’s degree in B.Com / Accounting / Finance Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Accountant (Experience in quarry, crusher, construction, or manufacturing units is highly preferred) Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting compliance Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end accounting Only experienced candidates with 5+ years will be considered Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) Food and accommodation will be provided Stable, long-term position in a growing infrastructure business How to Apply Interested candidates may apply through Indeed with their updated resume: vacnovabluemetals@gmail.com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
