Vacation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to holiday packages
• Design and customize vacation packages based on client requirements
• Provide detailed information on destinations, itineraries, inclusions, and pricing
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and ground operators
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients to convert leads into bookings
• Manage end-to-end booking processes including documentation and payments
• Address customer queries, changes, and complaints professionally
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions in CRM systems
• Support group tours and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) operations
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after travel

Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
• Ability to negotiate and coordinate with vendors
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems
• Languages known - Tamil, English, Hindi (Preferred)

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in holiday sales or travel operations (freshers may apply)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
