The Business Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations. They will handle bookkeeping duties, assist in budget preparation, monitor financial performance, and provide financial insights to support decision-making processes. Qualifications Proficiency in financial record management, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation Strong skills in financial analysis, budget preparation, and reporting Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and audits Proficient in accounting software and tools, such as Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word etc. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus
