Room is good but service is not good. They don't have in-house tea and coffee making facilities but have only coffee vending machine which means tea would be ordered from outside. Also, since it is opened just 2 weeks back, they need to learn a lot for customer.er satisfaction.

Rooms are covenient and comfortable to stay. Took accommodation to attend a wedding in nearby resorts. This one is very nearer to GITAM'S on one side and very popular RUSHIKONDA in other side.

Worst hotel ever. No service at all. This hotel does not even have a resturant and there are no other resturants within 2km radius. Worst servuce by OYO. The customer care did not even help me out. The doors of the room dontd even lock. OYO is providing 3rd class service. I wish I had not booked this hotel through OYO. Frustrating.
