UX/UI Designer

As an UI-UX Designer at Instavans, a Logistics tech startup, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences for our SaaS products in the Road Trucking industry. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives, developing intuitive design solutions, and continuously improving existing designs. To excel in this role, you should have a UI design portfolio, a bachelors degree in a relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in UI-UX design. Your attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and ability to communicate design options effectively will be key to your success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and implement new designs - Optimize existing user interface designs - Test for intuitivity and user experience - Communicate with clients to understand their business goals - Develop technical and business requirements for user-centered solutions - Create prototypes for new product ideas - Conduct ongoing user research - Test new design ideas before implementation **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role - UI design portfolio - Bachelors degree in relevant field - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Detail oriented - Critical thinker - Problem solver and customer-centered - Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver - 3 years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3 Instavans, with its focus on developing SaaS products for the logistics industry, has already made a significant impact in India & the MENA region with its SmarTruck platform.
