Role Description We are looking for a User Experience Designer for a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram . The designer will conduct user research, apply design thinking principles, create visual and interactive designs, and develop prototypes. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing usability tests, and refining designs to ensure an optimal user experience. Responsibilities Lead design for key product areas, from concept to final handoff. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs . Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders . Build and maintain scalable design patterns and contribute to the design system . Advocate for users while balancing business and technical constraints . Help shape the company’s design processes, tools, and workflows . Qualifications Product design experience in a product-focused company. Proven ability to deliver end-to-end design (UX + UI + research). Experience working independently in fast-paced or startup environments . Strong visual design skills and an eye for detail . Excellent communication skills ; able to explain design rationale effectively. Ability and willingness to quickly produce concepts and test ideas with users . Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.). Portfolio showcasing user-centered design process and impactful product work. Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field . Experience with usability testing and accessibility standards is a plus.
