UX Specialist - UI/UX design

As a UI/UX design Professional at YASH Technologies, your primary role will be to ensure that the interface and interaction of machines are user-friendly and intuitive. With a focus on designing visual elements, user flows, and overall experience, you will aim to create a seamless and effective interaction between humans and machines. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in automotive and heavy machinery UI/Design. Additionally, we prefer candidates who are CUA and HFI-HMI certified or hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design from reputable institutions. Your responsibilities will include following the HMI (Human Machine Interface) Design Principle and Process, which involves research, information architecture, navigation model, conceptual design, detailed prototyping, usability testing, and UI (User Interface) specification and assets creation. Proficiency in User-Centric Design (UCD) Process and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) design process is essential. You should have extensive knowledge in user data collection methodologies and be able to execute designs for all modules effectively. Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Products (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma, as well as UI Design Simulation Tools like Figma, is desirable for this role.
