Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UV Coater Operator who can independently handle the operation of a newly installed coating machine. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of coating processes, inks, and color identification, along with experience in machine changeovers and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage coating machine independently
• Perform machine changeovers as per production needs
• Handle ink setting and ensure proper mixing
• Check coating quality according to standard specifications
• Conduct routine general maintenance of the machine
• Prepare daily line production reports
• Monitor and update raw material requirements
• Maintain smooth workflow and support production targets

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of coating machine operations
• Good understanding of color shades & ink mixing
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Process-oriented approach with attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Required Qualification / Experience

• 10th / 12th Pass
• 5–7 years of experience in coating machine operations (Metal Printing preferred)
