Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution. 2. Government Collaborations Build and maintain strong relationships with district-level and concerned State & Central government departments. Coordinate and represent the organization at external forums, ensuring a live dialogue with concerned authorities. Facilitate convergence with existing government schemes for maximum impact. Attend government meetings and make presentation to the government Liaising and coordination with NT/DNT department of Gujarat and India 3. Capacity Building and Support Design and lead capacity-building workshops for District Contact Persons (DCPs) and Community Contact Persons (CCPs). Identify training needs of SHG members and coordinate with technical training partners. Ensure the integration of gender equity and leadership development in all training activities. 4. Travel and Field Engagement Travel to each district (Amreli, Junagadh, Rajkot, and Bhavnagar) for at least 15–20 days per month. Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress and provide hands-on support to the team. Document and report field learnings, challenges, and successes. 5. Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate data and documentation on SHGs, beneficiaries, and program progress. Prepare periodic reports for internal reviews and donor submissions. Collaborate with the M&E team to track KPIs and ensure evidence-based decision-making. Skills and Competencies Required Technical Competencies Strong program management and implementation skills. Proven experience in government liaison, especially with Central Government bodies. Knowledge of SHG models, livelihood promotion, and rural development strategies. Core Skills Excellent communication skills in Gujarati/Hindi and English – spoken and written. Strong documentation and reporting abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for coordination and data management. Behavioural Competencies Leadership and team-building capabilities. Ability to work with marginalized communities with sensitivity and respect. High degree of initiative, integrity, and flexibility. Ability to undertake work in tight deadlines. Qualifications and Experience Master’s degree in Social Work, Rural Management, Development Studies, or MBA (preferred).
