This was my first company in IT career. You never forget your first love and first job, It was great learning for me in soft-tech. I learn good technical stuff in Softtech which is truly helping me in my current job. Salary might be bit less but its learning one should think about in IT career.

worst autodcr software solutions company , don't ever think of placing order to them.... Nashik Municipal corporations Autodcr software is provided by this company, the entire real estate industry has been collapsed due to their software.

Pros: Friendly environment. Cons: Pathetic Managers, Don't appreciate and motivate, Full of Politics, Managers treats employee like they are slaves.

Pathetic Company..Management is not proper at all..They are just wasting the time of candidates..HR didn't know how to manage which round of interview..Guys dont waste your time to give the interview in such disgusting company.
