Good treatment facilities at emergency ward, but be prepared for other more emergency patients........ As all staff will go there.... But u will be treated as per your level of emergency.

Once it was top one medical colleges in tamilnadu. Now due to beginning of medicals like Madras Medical College, Trichy K.A.P.V.mwdical College etc.it lost its front line. But now also keeps it's dignity. All latest instruments available. Super speciality block constructed and known as Prime Minister Modi block.

It is one of the biggest medical colleges by tamilnadu govt. it treats public for all kinds of disease. It has in and out patient services.balso the medical college offers ug and of courses in addition to diploma like Dpham courses.

Once i was admitted since ive taken poison.before that i dont know about gvt hospital.really i feel wonder.such a care taking by training doctors 24 hrs ctsly under the guidence of chief doctors.dedicated and experienced doctors.

Now TMCH has created a new setup for covid patients near first gate. Thanks to all doctors, staffs and even shopkeepers. 24/7 medical service is being provided.

Except Superspecialty block, all other buildings are old. As with every government medical college, sanitation is poor. Services offered are good.

Very good hospital for maternity. Good experience doctors. Only problem is security people, they are always expecting money for allow the people inside the ward.
