USG Scan and summary typist

Responsible for typing, preparing, formatting, and summarizing Ultrasound (USG) scan reports based on the findings and dictation provided by radiologists or sonologists. Ensure accurate documentation, proper medical terminology, and timely delivery of reports.

• Type USG scan reports from handwritten notes, voice dictation, or recorded findings.
• Prepare reports for abdomen, pelvis, obstetric, gynecological, thyroid, breast, Doppler, and other ultrasound examinations.
• Prepare concise summaries of ultrasound findings.
• Organize reports into clinical details, findings, impression, and conclusion.
• Maintain correct medical terminology, spelling, grammar, and formatting.
• Proofread reports before submission.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.
• Coordinate with radiologists and sonologists for clarification of unclear findings.
• Maintain proper documentation and report records.
• Complete report typing within the required turnaround time.

Required Skills

• Good English typing speed and accuracy.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Basic understanding of USG scan terminology and report formats.
• Good listening and transcription skills.
• Computer knowledge, including MS Word and hospital reporting software.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to handle confidential medical records.

Qualification

• Any degree or diploma.
• Medical transcription or healthcare documentation experience preferred.
• Freshers with good typing skills and basic medical terminology knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
