User Experience Arch Analyst

As a User Experience Arch Analyst at Accenture, you will be part of the Technology for Operations team, serving as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. Your primary responsibility will involve providing innovative and secure technologies to assist clients in building an intelligent operating model, thereby driving exceptional results. Working closely with the sales, offering, and delivery teams, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing innovative solutions to meet client needs. Your role will require you to have a solid understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, including perceptions of utility, ease of use, and efficiency. You will be involved in various projects related to Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation, focusing on enhancing user satisfaction with products through improved usability, accessibility, and overall user experience. To excel in this position, you should possess skills in User Experience (UX) User Interface (UI) Design, 3D Designing, User Experience (UX) Research, and User Experience Research Tools and Techniques. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems, collaborating with peers within Accenture, and following instructions from supervisors. While you may have limited exposure to clients and Accenture management, your decisions will impact your work and potentially that of others. As an individual contributor within a team, you will receive moderate-level guidance for daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments. It's important to note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
