About UseCodify UseCodify is a global web development agency with offices in Germany, Poland, and the United Kingdom . After completing 60+ international projects , we are now launching UseCodify India (usecodify.in) to help small businesses go online with affordable, high-quality websites starting from ₹3,999 — including domain, hosting, SSL, SEO, WhatsApp chat integration, and support. We already have pre-qualified leads (from Google Maps – businesses without websites). Your role is to call, explain plans, and close deals. Role Overview This is a 1-month paid internship (trial) to test your ability to close sales. High performers will be offered a full-time role with salary and commissions. Responsibilities Call 40–60 pre-qualified leads daily (data provided). Explain website plans (₹3,999–₹19,999) clearly and confidently. Handle basic queries on domains, hosting, SSL, CMS, and email setup. Send demos and follow up via WhatsApp or email. Close deals with 50% advance payment (UPI / Razorpay) . Record daily updates in a shared Google Sheet. Submit call recordings for review. Requirements Experience in sales, telecalling, or client communication preferred. Basic understanding of websites (domain, hosting, SSL, CMS, email setup). Fluent in English, Hindi, and one regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Odia, etc.). Laptop, smartphone, and stable internet required. Confident, self-driven, and target-focused. Compensation Stipend: ₹10,000 (fixed for 1 month) Commission: ₹500–₹2,000 per verified closed deal Bonus: ₹3,000 for 10+ closures Full-Time Offer: After successful completion and target achievement Commissions are released only after meeting the minimum sales target. Performance Targets 50 calls/day 8–10 qualified connects/day Minimum 8 paid closures in 30 days Daily updates via Google Sheet Call recordings required for verification Terms Internship is performance-based and lasts 30 days. No guaranteed extension if results are below target. Poor communication or false reporting will lead to termination. Early termination: one-third of stipend released for work completed. Successful performers get a permanent position (₹14K–₹25K + commission). This internship is a short-term evaluation and not a full employment contract.
