The India country office primarily serves the textile and recycling sectors , delivering sustainability certification services such as TE, GOTS, BCI, and Regenerative standards. Position Overview USB Certification India is seeking a Marketing Assistant Specialist to support sales and marketing activities related to sustainability certification and audit services. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell certification and audit services to potential clients Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and follow up on contract processes Support marketing campaigns and brand awareness activities Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and prepare regular performance reports Continuously improve and optimize sales processes Analyse customer needs and offer tailored certification solutions Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales support and follow-up Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in services, certification, or consultancy sectors) Strong customer-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and adaptable to changing conditions Team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills Positive attitude, result-oriented, analytical, and proactive Proficient in MS Office applications Willingness to travel as required Languages: Tamil, English, and Hindi Join USB Certification and become part of a global organization contributing to sustainability, responsible production, and continuous improvement worldwide.
