The right candidate will: Execute the end-to-end Outbound US sales process, Will prospect, provide customer demos and will be responsible for closing the deals Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, authority Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of MeetRecord products and services to prospects based on the prospects' needs and priorities Strive to continuously improve the sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices Supplement the sales pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches. Top characteristics and traits for a successful AE: Minimum of 2-5 years experience as a quota-carrying account executive. Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment MUST HAVE experience in selling to US customers Organised and strong time management skills Excellent written & verbal communication Business acumen Thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment Sense of urgency and persistence Flexibility - we're a small company that moves and reacts fast Required Skills and Qualifications 2-5 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding quota Experience of selling to CROs, VP Sales, Sales Leaders Strong communication skills via phone and email Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization Experience in doing end-to-end sales in US market
