Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the implementation of a critical, regulatory-focused Enterprise scaled Application for Document Management System (DMS) under the clean fuel transportation program. This role is pivotal in bridging US-based business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure the successful rollout of the new DMS application. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables 1. Requirements Definition Gather, analyze, and formally document business and system requirements for the new DMS solution. Develop clear and structured requirements documentation aligned with business goals. 2. Targeted Gap Analysis Lead and execute the mandatory gap analysis against the existing solution to identify deviations and define project-specific requirements for the new DMS implementation. 3. Core Documentation Prepare and manage high-quality project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and process flow diagrams, across critical functional areas such as registration, equipment supply, reporting, banking and trading, and compliance reporting 4. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary liaison with US-based client and business stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and approval sessions to validate deliverables and secure stakeholder sign-offs. 5. PMO Support & Governance Support project governance processes by tracking risks, issues, and dependencies. Provide regular project status updates and participate in weekly project sync-up meetings. 6. SOW Compliance Ensure all activities and deliverables strictly align with the approved Scope of Work (SOW). Manage expectations and mitigate deviations through proactive communication and scope control. Contractual & Operational Requirements (Mandatory) Category Detail Experience: 6+ years of direct experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise or digital transformation projects. Availability: Mandatory EST overlap to ensure collaboration with US stakeholders. Location: May be required to operate from the Hyderabad facility for development team coordination. Documentation & Review: Must incorporate feedback or minor revisions to submitted deliverables within seven (7) calendar days of request. Scope Control: Ability to identify potential scope creep and ensure changes follow a formal Change Request Process. Time Tracking: Must submit detailed monthly timesheets documenting hours worked, tasks completed, and progress achieved. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Strategy : Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs, technical pain points, and strategic goals. Design and architect end-to-end solutions leveraging our AI/GenAI, Data, and Digital Transformation capabilities. Technical Sales and Presentations: Create and deliver powerful technical presentations, solution overviews, and product demonstrations to a variety of stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and business users. Required Qualifications: 6-8+ years of experience in presales, solutions architecture, or a technical consulting role, preferably within a consulting or IT services organization. Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions related to AI/GenAI, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation. Demonstrated track record of successfully guiding enterprise clients through complex solution design and sales cycles. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to "tell a story" and translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior buyers and decision-makers. Strong consultative and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset. Experience with RFP/RFI processes and technical documentation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
