Job Description

Responsibilities :

Handle live customer chats on US individual tax returns (1040, 1040-SR, 1040-NR).
Give timely, accurate, professional answers and resolve queries on your own.
Aim for first-contact resolution in a single chat, within turnaround time and service levels.
Document key notes and outcomes so other experts can refer back.
Give correct guidance and next steps, in line with US tax laws and compliance rules.

Requirements :

3+ years’ hands-on experience preparing, reviewing or supporting US individual returns
Knowledge of live chat / expert assist models
Bachelor’s in accounting or finance (MBA preferred)
Strong written and spoken English (B2+ or higher)
Plain, jargon-free explanations without overpromising

Pay: ₹840,000.00 - ₹980,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
