US IT Recruiter / Bench Sales Marketing

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter / Bench Sales Recruitment candidate with 1 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work independently and manage the recruitment process efficiently. This role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Experience in VMS hiring or direct client recruitment.

Prior exposure to W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.

Strong understanding of US employment laws and visa types.

Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and US Citizens) to Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.

Search for suitable contract opportunities through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.

Preferred clients how as a direct client network and Corporate preferred Vendor contact.
