Join our Operations team as a Customer Service Representative supporting clients and employees through the Return-to-Duty process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls, emails, and support tickets.
• Guide clients on drug and alcohol policy violations and RTD compliance.
• Follow up on rehabilitation reports and process related forms.
• Maintain confidential records and accurately update databases.
• Stay updated on regulatory and non-regulatory policy changes.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum HSC; graduates preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and comfortable working under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and database navigation.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
