Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager, based in Lucknow with the flexibility of partial remote work. The Social Media Manager will oversee content planning, creation, execution, and performance monitoring across various platforms. Responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, optimizing engagement, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with teams to align content with the brand voice and marketing goals. This individual will manage interactions with the audience and execute campaigns to strengthen the online presence of Urviya. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and managing brand presence on various platforms Strong Communication and Writing skills to create impactful messaging and foster audience engagement Experience with Content Strategy, campaign planning, and analytics-driven performance measurement Familiarity with visual design tools is a plus Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
