Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
• Identify training needs and prepare training plans and modules.
• Deliver training on HR policies, company processes, soft skills, communication, and workplace ethics.
• Conduct employee engagement and behavioral training sessions.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Maintain training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness reports.
• Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvement areas.
• Organize workshops, refresher training, and development programs.
• Support performance improvement and employee development initiatives.
