Focus on new tooling going into production. Preparation of molds and press tool for final assembly. Preparing material for heat treatment. Resolving a wide verity of manufacturing problems including material characteristics,tolerance and process issues, tooling failure issues and process variation issues. Preparing inspection report after inspection. Preparing detail drawing for machining. Blue matching of jobs which needs perfect butting.
