Responsible for Preparing New Model Launch Pre-Build productions supportability plan Responsible for Preparing Warehouse Requirements Like Storage High Bay Racks, Market place space, Manpower Requirement Based on New Model Launch Volume & Implementation Responsible to Create & Maintain PFEP (Plan for Every Part), VBOM (Vehicle Bill of Material) For All Models Responsible in reducing space consumptions of parts stored in line side with reference Responsible for Managing Prebuilds without any Down Time due to part shortage and to Ensure Warehouse & Material Handling Readiness before Mass Production Responsible for Preparing Prebuild parts Handling Facility Requirements like (Trolley, Bins, Special Bins, Handling guide) Responsible for Co coordinating with IT Team for New IT Systems related to MP&L Implementation & for Changes required in Existing Systems Successfully Planned all Material Handling & Warehouse Requirements for All New model Launch & Change over completed in a Weeks time Maintained all SQDCPME Metric Green Responsible for logistics planning (inbound and outbound) Responsible for preparing 2D and 3D plant layout in MicroStation Software Preparing Material handling equipment and facility requirements Responsible for preparing Warehouse high bay rack and installation Responsible and maintain plant layout Responsible for Warehouse high bay rack installation IT System - SKS Kitting, LOTS (WMS) & MRT Implemented
