Job Description

Experienced in Distribution Channel Sales is must. Must have experience in anyone of them like Tyre Industry, Lubricant's segment, Battery segment, Paint Industry Key Purpose of the Job Responsible for the development and performance of all marketing /sales activities in assigned Territory / Region (After Market). Experience in distribution is mandatory Develop & build an effective dealer network for sales in after-market in the assigned Territory / Region. Developing sales strategies and setting targets Manage / Ensure accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports Monitor / track closely the competitor's activity, their share and strategy in the market and take proactive steps to increase sales. Establish and manage effective programs to coach, appraise and train sales personnel. Ensure all sales executives meet or exceed all activates standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes the cycle Monitoring teams performance and motivating them to reach targets. Ensure proper adherence to all Company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. To ensure that quality assurance procedures are implemented and documents are updated for the continuation of ISO 9001 certification To develop innovative sales promotion schemes towards enhancing the sale of the product as well as establishing the image of the company Achieving the sales target in the assigned territory
