Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using CRM data. Follow up on leads and opportunities generated through marketing campaigns. Maintain and update customer records and call outcomes in the CRM system. Promote and sell products/services to meet or exceed sales targets. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance. Monitor and report on call activity, pipeline status, and conversion rates. Ensure compliance with sales and data protection regulations.
