Job Title: CRM Sales Executive Department: Sales Location: [Coimbatore/ Remote] Reports To: CRM Head Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven CRM Sales Executive to drive sales and adoption of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals. You will play a key role in understanding client needs and presenting how our CRM platform can address their pain points. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for CRM solutions. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align CRM offerings with customer requirements. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and CRM technologies. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
