Urgent hiring For Associate Product Manager (Trading Platforms)

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager with strong knowledge of Capital Markets and hands-on experience managing trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for trading and investment platforms (Web Mobile)Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user journeys, and functional specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders including Trading, RMS, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and UI/UX teams. Define product roadmap aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and market trends. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of features. Prioritize product backlog, write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Monitor platform performance, user behavior, and feedback to drive continuous improvements. Ensure compliance with exchange regulations (NSE/BSE/SEBI), risk management norms, and broking processes. Support UAT, production releases, post-launch monitoring, and issue resolution. Benchmark competitor platforms and recommend enhancements for better customer experience.

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in Product Management in Trading or Capital Markets.Strong understanding of Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, Margins, RMS, and trading processes.Experience writing PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and wireframes.Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and trading platforms.NISM certification is an added advantage.
