UPVC Production Manager

To manage and control the complete production operations of the uPVC windows and doors manufacturing unit, ensuring timely production, consistent quality, optimum manpower utilization, minimum material wastage, and adherence to project/site delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution

- Monitor production from cutting reinforcement welding cleaning hardware glazing final inspection packing dispatch.

2. Manpower Management

- Manage skilled and semi-skilled workers and ensure optimum utilization.

3. Quality Control

- Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

4. Material & Inventory Control

- Coordinate with stores and purchase teams for timely availability of material .

5. Machine & Factory Management

- Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.

6. Project & Delivery Coordination

- Ensure production is aligned with committed delivery schedules.

7. Process Improvement

-- Improve productivity, reduce rejection/rework and control wastage.

8. Documentation & Reporting.

- Submit MIS and production performance reports to management.

Required Experience & Skills

- 10 years of experience in uPVC window/door manufacturing or a closely related fenestration industry.

- Hands-on experience with profile cutting, reinforcement, welding, corner cleaning, hardware, glazing and quality inspection.

- Strong manpower and production-floor management skills.

- Ability to draw and read technical drawings and understand window/door configurations.

Knowledge of uPVC & aluminium profiles, hardware, and locking systems is mandatory.

- Good knowledge of production planning, inventory coordination and quality control.

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Winquoter, EvA Cloud QMS , UPVCio, Dowes Door & window SW , MS Excel and production reporting systems.

Overall Responsibility:

The Production Manager will ensure the factory operates efficiently and that the required quantity and quality of uPVC & Aluminium windows and doors are manufactured and ready for dispatch as per the planned schedule.

Pay: 35,000.00 - 75,000.00 per month
